• Own and continuously refine revenue forecasting and schedules, ensuring accurate translation of bookings, backlog, and pipeline into revenue • Perform and support revenue reconciliations, including: o Deferred revenue o Unbilled receivables o Contract balances o Coordination with AR on billing status, invoicing schedules, collections impact, and cash forecasting dependencies • Contribute actively to month-end close, year-end activities, and audit processes, ensuring revenue data is accurate, consistent, and audit-ready • Review, validate, and actively shape deal structures to optimize revenue recognition and forecasting outcomes, including: o Advising on commercial terms (acceptance, milestones, delivery timelines) o Recommending contract language and documentation requirements o Identifying risks and opportunities to maximize revenue realization • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, and FinanceOps teams to anticipate and manage: o Delivery and acceptance milestones o Billing and invoicing progress o Revenue dependencies, risks, and timing impacts • Take ownership of data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce, ERP (Certinia / FinancialForce), and reporting tools • Develop and evolve finance and revenue KPIs (forecast accuracy, backlog conversion, revenue leakage, etc.), using tools such as Tableau, CRMA, or similar • Identify and drive process and system improvements, including automation of revenue scheduling, forecasting, and reporting, with a focus on reducing manual effort and strengthening controls
Job Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Revenue Accounting, Finance, or Revenue Operations within a SaaS/software environment, with demonstrated ownership of forecasting, reconciliations, and revenue-related decision support
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS 15 (mandatory)
- Good understanding of:
- o Contract assets and liabilities
- o Multi-element arrangements (software, SaaS, services, and hardware)
- o Revenue timing (delivery, acceptance, milestones)
- Hands-on experience with:
- o Salesforce (mandatory)
- o Certinia / FinancialForce or equivalent ERP (mandatory)
- Experience with Tableau, CRMA, or similar BI tools
- Strong Excel and data analysis capability

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. - 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in finance operations or accounting, with substantial direct responsibility for AR collections and AP processes. - Proven track record in collections management and vendor relationship management. - Advanced proficiency with ERP platforms and Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling, and analysis). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with customers and vendors and collaborate across departments. - Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high accuracy under deadlines. - Self-starter mindset with a history of identifying problems and implementing practical solutions. - Fluent in English (written and spoken).
