Role Description This role is on-site but open to remote for the right candidate. We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive execution across critical, cross-functional platform and technology initiatives. This role is technical in nature, with a focus on systems, platforms, and IT coordination rather than software development or engineering. You will partner closely with the Director to bring structure, visibility, and momentum to key programs, ensuring work is clearly prioritized, tracked, and delivered on time. This role requires strong ownership, a bias toward action, and the ability to solve problems in real time as they arise. It is not responsible for system design or development, but for ensuring systems and platforms are successfully delivered and adopted across the business. You will play a central role in executing large-scale system, platform, and process optimization initiatives, working closely with Technology, Platform, and IT Operations teams. This role sits at the intersection of business execution and system enablement. What You’ll Do: - Drive Program Execution - Support day-to-day execution of key programs, including large-scale system, platform, and IT-related rollouts. - Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across teams. - Track progress against plan and drive accountability across stakeholders. - Identify risks early and escalate with clear options and recommendations. - Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across platform, IT, external partners, and business teams to ensure seamless delivery. - Create Visibility & Structure - Maintain program plans, dashboards, and reporting in a centralized system (e.g., Smartsheet). - Ensure work is clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned to business goals. - Prepare and support weekly and monthly program reviews. - Provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders. - Coordinate Across Teams - Partner with platform, IT, and business teams to drive alignment and execution across system and process initiatives. - Facilitate working sessions and cross-functional meetings. - Ensure decisions are documented and next steps are clear. - Follow through to ensure execution stays on track. - Support Platform & IT Initiatives - Support rollout and drive adoption of core business platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HRIS). - Partner with IT Operations to coordinate system access, readiness, and deployment activities. - Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and timelines. - Support testing, validation, and readiness activities prior to system and platform launches. - Track adoption and usage of new systems and workflows post-launch. - Support Delivery Operations - Implement tools, templates, and processes defined by the Director. - Contribute to building repeatable program management practices. - Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and execution. What Success Looks Like - Programs are organized, on track, and progressing without constant intervention. - Successful rollout and adoption of systems and platforms with minimal disruption to the business. - Strong adoption and consistent usage of systems and workflows across teams. - Clear, consistent visibility into progress, risks, and next steps. - Strong coordination across teams with minimal friction. - Reliable execution that builds trust and confidence across the organization. Qualifications - 5–8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations. - Experience supporting system implementations, platform rollouts, or technology-related initiatives is preferred. - Experience working alongside platform, IT, or systems teams (not required to be hands-on technical). - Ability to translate business needs into structured execution plans across systems and platforms. - Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. - Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Clear communicator who can keep teams aligned and informed. - Comfortable working in ambiguity and bringing structure where needed. - Experience with program management tools. - Strong problem solver with a bias toward action. Able to take loosely defined problems, bring structure, and drive to resolution without needing constant direction. Benefits - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Health insurance. - Dental insurance. - Vision insurance. - Life insurance. - 401(k) retirement plan. - Paid time off. - Relocation assistance available.
