• Lead end-to-end planning and execution to onboard, integrate, and scale enterprise AI tools into our existing technology stack • Manage technical relationships with third-party AI vendors, holding partners strictly accountable to technical commitments, delivery timelines, and security baselines • Partner with engineering teams to oversee cloud infrastructure delivery in AWS, ensuring robust VPC configuration, identity federation, and multi-AZ architectures • Architect and enforce programmatic transitions that allow Proof of Concept (PoC) environments to systematically harden into production environments without requiring complete rebuilds • Drive Identity & Access Management (IAM) governance, establishing strict frameworks for non-human identities, service account governance, and least-privilege scoping across all AI tools • Act as the primary bridge between engineering teams and InfoSec, managing security and compliance gates as hard, non-negotiable delivery requirements • Maintain absolute program discipline using Jira and Confluence to track complex dependencies, milestones, and deliverables • Own the program's RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), translating complex technical blockers into clear risk-mitigation strategies suitable for Steering Committee (SteerCo) visibility • Manage communication and alignment across senior technical architects and business leadership.

• Lead the end-to-end implementation, migration, and optimization of SAP Concur (Travel & Expense and/or Invoice) platforms. • Architect and oversee technical integrations between Concur and adjacent systems, including HRIS feeds (Workday), core ERP/GL systems (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and corporate card programs (Amex/Visa). • Drive the technical consolidation of disparate finance and expense systems post-merger. • Manage complex data migrations, including the reconciliation of historical expense data, in-flight reports, employee master profiles, and hierarchical approval workflows. • Ensure absolute alignment and precision across legal entities, General Ledger (GL) mapping, and employee data feeds. • Manage relationships with SAP Concur Deployment Consultants and Professional Services, holding third-party partners strictly accountable to milestones, technical quality, and SLAs. • Formulate and present program status, risk mitigation frameworks, and critical milestones to Executive Steering Committees. • Partner with business leaders to build, launch, and manage enterprise-wide communication, training frameworks, and super-user networks across a highly distributed US employee base. • Act as the technical liaison for Controllers, AP, Tax, Travel, Internal Audit, and compliance teams.

Role Description Represent Boon Edam Inc. as a subject matter expert on Boon Edam products and how they fit into the security ecosystem. Provide SME support to enterprise organizations, key stakeholders, customer support teams along with our internal and external teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality professional services and technical solutions to Enterprise and Strategic Accounts. - Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with key technical stakeholders within our Targeted, Pending and Qualified accounts. - Collaborate with the Director of Enterprise Technical Program to communicate customer needs and product enhancement opportunities to manufacturing and commercial teams. - Partner in a team approach with Customer Support teams to develop and optimize field service and installation strategies, driving improved performance and customer experience. - Support in expanding training capabilities, with primary focus on delivering technical training for Enterprise and National Accounts, including: - Training for less experienced installation and service technicians - Training for Security Integrator technical teams - End-user training on the proper use of Boon Edam products - Travel extensively (domestic and international) to support installation & service teams for Enterprise and National Accounts, covering the United States, Canada, South and Central Americas. - Alert through issue management process and help define problems experienced in the field surrounding product quality and/or performance. - Assist RSMs in developing client standards, including part numbers, product specifications, and point-to-point integration for Boon Edam products. - Provide expert consultation to Security Integrators, General Contractors, Demolition Subcontractors, and End Users to ensure clear understanding and successful implementation of Boon Edam solutions in a safe and efficient manner. - Maintain deep product knowledge of Boon Edam systems and related Access Control Systems. - Work remotely in close coordination with the Enterprise Account Team, Technical Service Manager, Installation Manager, and Customer Support team based in Lillington, NC. - Serve as the primary technical resource for the Enterprise Account Team through phone support and on-site visits. Qualifications - Two-year degree in Electrical/Electronic Theory or a related technical field and/or a minimum of five (5) years of equivalent technical field experience. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional client service and support. - Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to obtain a U.S. passport for international travel. - Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% of the time. - Strong electrical skills, including low-voltage electronics and high-voltage electrical theory. - Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and construction documents. - Excellent electrical circuit troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities. - Strong mechanical installation skills, including layout, assembly, and system integration. - Minimum of two (2) years of project management experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong telephone presence. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general PC/internet applications. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Physical ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs.
