Mortgage Production Associate
Cornerstone Capital Bank
• Provide a warm welcome to Realtors and Clients • Create and follow an efficient system to follow up with leads and preapproved borrowers • Take a complete and accurate loan application • Request and follow up on required documentation from clients • Accurately calculate income for hourly and self-employed borrowers • Run product and pricing scenarios • Research alternative/non-QM options to help serve a wide variety of borrowers • Prepare preapproval letters and loan comparisons for borrowers • Provide extraordinary customer service to both internal and external customers • Meet goals regarding time frames • Work within a database • Run opportunity analysis for clients who may benefit from a refinance • Create open house flyers and other promotional flyers and marketing pieces • Prioritize daily tasks and work efficiently • Market, service, and promote the Company’s loan products • Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on changes to market conditions • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending • Communicate with borrowers, processors, operations staff, title companies, Realtors, etc. • Expedite the mortgage process
