Role Description We are looking for a Resource Management Partner to join our global MarCom Operations team. This is a high-visibility, embedded role that sits at the intersection of finance, procurement, and marketing—giving you broad exposure to how a world-class marketing organization plans and runs its business. You will serve as the dedicated operational partner for one or more marketing business units, acting as their go-to expert across budget management, financial planning, procurement, vendor relationships, and contractor workforce oversight. You are the person marketers turn to when they need something to move: removing friction, keeping spend on track, and translating financial complexity into clear, actionable guidance. Your work directly enables teams to invest with confidence and execute without operational drag. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with precision in a fast-paced, global environment. This role will report into the Director of Resource Management. Key Responsibilities - Budget Planning & Annual Operating Plan: Own the annual budget planning process for your supported marketing teams, partnering with team leaders to translate priorities into financial plans. - Forecast Management & Spend Accuracy: Monitor budget performance daily, updating forecasts and flagging variances before they become problems. - Financial Insight & Analysis: Go beyond the numbers to deliver meaningful analysis—identifying spend trends, surfacing cost efficiency opportunities, and connecting investment patterns to business outcomes. - Business Rhythm & Reporting: Drive a consistent cadence of financial reviews, preparing regular reporting packages that give leaders a clear picture of where they stand against plan. - Procurement & Purchase Order Management: Own the end-to-end purchasing process on behalf of marketing teams—from raising purchase requests and navigating approvals to managing revisions and closing out completed orders. - Month-End Close & Reconciliation: Partner with the Finance team to ensure a clean, on-time month-end close. - Vendor Relationship & Cost Management: Manage the full lifecycle of marketing’s external vendor relationships—from onboarding new suppliers and reviewing contracts to conducting quarterly performance reviews. - Contingent Workforce Administration: Oversee the operational management of contract workers embedded in marketing teams. - Cross-Functional Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Build trusted working relationships across Finance, Procurement, HR, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable teams. - Operational Standardization & Continuous Improvement: Champion consistent, repeatable processes that make the team more accurate and efficient over time. - Risk & Opportunity Identification: Proactively surface budget risks and under-utilized funding, bringing forward recommendations. - Compliance & Controls: Ensure all financial and procurement activities across your supported teams meet company policy and audit requirements. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. - 5-7 years of experience in financial operations, budget management, procurement, or a related business partner role. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights. - Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards. - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communicator who can translate financial complexity into clear, concise guidance for non-finance audiences. - Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information. - High proficiency with AI applications, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint or equivalent applications. Preferred Skills - Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes and tools. - Knowledge of industry-specific budgeting practices and trends. - Experience working in a multi-entity or international organization. - Experience working with external vendors, particularly vendor selection, contracting, onboarding, and cost optimization. - Experience in building and customizing PivotTables and PivotCharts for data analysis and reporting.
