Role Description Parallels is looking for an “Inside Sales Representative” for our “Server & Cloud” BU. As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to support Account Managers and Channel sales managers in their daily sales operations, working with distributors, partners, and end customers across the full sales cycle. - Sales Operations & Deal Support: - CRM management - Quote preparation - Sales process support to sales team - SFDC reporting - Management of NFR/TRIAL/NCO requests - OMO/PO coordination - Support to CAMs on smaller opportunities with distributors and partners - Order & Process Management: - Order validation - Order tracking - Data accuracy control - Operational request handling - Coordination of commercial and operational workflows throughout the sales cycle - Partner & Distributor Support: - Daily coordination with partners and distributors - Onboarding support - Partner registration - Portal access management prior to training - Guidance on programs, tools, and processes - Cross-Functional Coordination & Team Support: - Collaboration with sales, technical, marketing, and operations teams to resolve issues - Ensure timely process - Provide regular feedback to sales teams - Support effective use of CRM and operational platforms - Act as backup for other ISRs when required Qualifications - Experience in similar roles in multinational IT Software / Hardware companies - Previous experience in Backoffice sales support - Teamwork attitude - Excellent English is a must - Salesforce knowledge is a plus Requirements - Relevant experience in mid-market and partner-led sales - Motivation for the role and interest in Parallels - At least two professional references from the IT-Software industry (e.g.: Channel Manager, Sales Director, Partner Executive, CIO/CTO customer) Benefits - Fully remote workspace - No pressure to work in an office - Flexible hours - Empowerment to work when, how, and where you want Company Description Parallels is a global leader in cross-platform and virtualization solutions that make it simple for businesses and individuals to securely access applications and data on any device, anywhere. - Parallels Desktop enables individuals and organizations to run Windows applications on Mac computers - Parallels Workspace Solutions deliver simple, flexible, and secure virtual applications and desktops - Helps customers reduce complexity, streamline IT operations, improve security, and deliver a seamless user experience across various platforms
