Senior Product Manager, Sports Organizations

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area. • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and usability testing to deeply understand user needs and pain points. • Write comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs) with clear acceptance criteria. • Work closely with designers to create intuitive user experiences. • Track feature adoption and success metrics, iterating based on learnings. • Present product strategy and updates to executive leadership.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience in software/SaaS companies with a track record of successfully launching and iterating on B2B products.
  • Proven experience in at least one of the following domains: Ecommerce platforms, Accounting and Financial software, or CRM systems.
  • Fluency with AI in the product development process.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions; proficiency with product management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with deep understanding of agile/scrum methodologies.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong empathy for user needs; strategic thinking combined with attention to detail.

Role Description Our client, a leading health plan, is seeking an experienced Manager, Reporting & Analytics to lead a high-performing analytics team supporting both Maryland and Washington, DC operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the development, delivery, and quality of enterprise reporting and analytics that inform operational, financial, quality, and clinical decision-making across the organization. This position reports to the Director of Data & Analytics and manages a team of approximately seven (7) analysts.
