Role Description We are expanding our North America Agency Partnerships team and seeking a Strategic Agency Partner Manager to help drive partner acquisition, sourced pipeline generation, and long-term ecosystem growth across key agency relationships. In this highly visible, quota-carrying role, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Delivery, and executive leadership teams to develop and grow strategic agency partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact for Bloomreach. This role requires a highly strategic and adaptable operator who can both recruit net-new enterprise partners and scale existing relationships within a rapidly evolving ecosystem model. You will help shape Bloomreach’s future partner landscape through: - Strategic sourcing - Vertical expansion initiatives - Co-sell execution - Collaborative go-to-market planning The ideal candidate is highly goal oriented, drives with urgency, is relationship-oriented, has executive presence, is highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and significant growth opportunity. Key Responsibilities - Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise agency partnerships while identifying opportunities to expand mutual business impact and long-term growth. - Proactively identify, recruit, and activate new strategic agency and ecosystem partners aligned to Bloomreach’s evolving GTM priorities and target verticals. - Drive partner acquisition efforts across emerging verticals and strategic market segments, helping expand Bloomreach’s long-term ecosystem footprint. - Act as a cross-functional partner leader, driving alignment between agency partners and internal teams—including Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Enablement, Delivery, and Marketing—to accelerate partner-driven growth. - Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, including enablement, co-marketing, co-selling, and strategic GTM initiatives with measurable outcomes and accountability. - Own and contribute toward partner-sourced and influenced pipeline targets, proactively managing pipeline development, forecasting, and partner engagement activity. - Support partners throughout the entire sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, joint co-selling motions, partner strategy alignment, and post-implementation success. - Build strong relationships with senior partner stakeholders and executive leadership teams to support long-term strategic alignment and revenue growth. - Leverage market intelligence, partner feedback, and performance data to identify ecosystem opportunities and inform strategic decision-making. - Operate effectively within a dynamic portfolio model where partner ownership and strategic alignment evolve based on business opportunity, complexity, and organizational priorities. - Contribute to sourced pipeline generation within the first 3 months through strategic acquisition, partner activation, and co-sell execution. - Contribute to collaborative team development, operational best practices, and scalable partner engagement frameworks across the Agency Partnerships organization. - Represent Bloomreach at partner events, executive meetings, industry conferences, and company-hosted enablement events such as Bloomreach Days. Qualifications - 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in Channel Sales, Partnerships, Business Development, or Partner Management within SaaS, commerce, martech, or digital ecosystem environments. - 3+ years of experience working with or selling into agency, commerce, marketing technology, or digital consulting organizations. - Proven track record of driving sourced pipeline growth, partner activation, and strategic relationship development. - Demonstrated success building and scaling strategic partner relationships in evolving or high-growth GTM environments. - Experience recruiting, activating, and growing net-new strategic partnerships that contribute materially to revenue growth. - Strong understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, customer experience, or martech ecosystems. - Ability to build credibility and influence with senior partner stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams. - Highly strategic, organized, data-driven, and results-oriented, with strong communication and presentation skills. - Comfortable operating with high autonomy and navigating ambiguity within rapidly evolving organizational and GTM structures. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution. - Existing commerce or martech industry relationships strongly preferred.
