National Account Manager - Thermal Management

Role Description The National Account Manager position is a key role within the Enterprise, Commercial & Light Industrial team, responsible for managing high priority accounts within the enterprise market vertical. The primary revenue streams associated with this role will hinge on effective engagement within the End-User, Consultant, and Contractor community. - Ensure continued growth by maximizing sales opportunities for new products. - Work within a specialized sales team consisting of account management and technical sales professionals. - Develop technical proficiency to offer insights into the product portfolio and applications. - Build and maintain strong networks interdepartmentally within Vertiv. - Coordinate effectively between different business segments to fulfill customer requirements. - Align targets with market growth expectations and share of wallet capture. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years’ experience in an account management environment. - Extensive commercial experience to identify and understand customers’ needs. - Understanding of the enterprise industry and sub-segments. - Principle knowledge of LV Switchgear, Busbar, UPS, ELS Topology, or Thermal Management. - Experience in commercial negotiations and stakeholder mapping. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Sales background with experience in critical engineering applications. - Planning, organizational, and leadership skills. - Basic legal and commercial policy understanding. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work proactively and in a team environment. - Excellent presentation skills. - Numerate and IT literate, with a good understanding of business KPIs. - Self-starter with effective time management skills. - Excellent customer service skills. - Driving License.
