• Own senior-level relationships with assigned key accounts and act as a trusted advisor • Drive revenue through renewals, expansions, and cross-selling of Integrated Water Service offerings • Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and commercial planning • Coordinate with operations, engineering, safety, and compliance teams to ensure effective service delivery • Resolve customer issues and escalations while aligning expectations with execution • Develop multi-year account plans and provide market and performance insights • Maintain accurate forecasts, activity records, and reports in Salesforce
• Project & Revenue Accounting (POC/WIP) • Act as the subject matter expert on ASC 606 revenue recognition for long-term contracts • Prepare and review monthly WIP schedules, including cost-to-complete, revenue recognition, and margin analysis • Partner with project managers to validate forecasts, budgets, and change orders • Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal controls • Lead month-end and quarter-end close, including multi-entity consolidation and intercompany eliminations • Prepare consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules • Improve close processes through standardization and automation • Serve as a key contact for external auditors • Prepare audit schedules, technical memos, and supporting documentation • Research and apply accounting standards (ASC 606, ASC 842, etc.) • Support management reporting, KPI tracking, and investor/lender reporting • Assist with project profitability and cash flow analysis • Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements • Mentor junior team members and support a collaborative team environment
• Generate and manage customer quotes, proposals, and responses to RFPs across multiple market sectors (municipal, residential, commercial, industrial, tribal, food & beverage, hospitality). • Ensure technical accuracy, pricing competitiveness, and on-time delivery. • Work closely with engineering, operations, product, and finance teams to scope and price solutions. • Participate in and help organize effective project handoff meetings post-order. • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers during the sales quoting process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience through clear communication and responsive service. • Maintain and leverage CRM (preferably Salesforce) to track leads, quote progress, follow-ups, and customer data with rigor and accuracy. • Identify and flag opportunities to streamline the internal quote-to-order process, improve speed, reduce rework, and enhance overall efficiency. • Track and report personal KPIs including quote volume, turnaround time, and quote-to-close ratio. Provide updates and insights to the sales team.

• Assist the Design Services team in drafting technical specifications, developing facility sketches, and preparing design submittals for water and wastewater treatment systems • Utilize BioWin software to assist in modeling wastewater treatment processes and evaluating system performance • Perform fundamental fluid mechanics and hydraulic calculations to support pipe sizing, pump selection, and overall system hydraulics • Support the research, layout, and integration of Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) treatment systems and other advanced water reuse technologies • Cross-reference design parameters with EPA water quality standards and local regulatory requirements to assist with the permitting process • Compile engineering reports, technical memos, and project documentation • Travel to active project sites or facilities to assist with site assessments, data collection, or design verification alongside senior engineers
