• Own overall engineering scope, schedule, and budget from project kickoff through closeout. • Prepare and review project scopes, budgets, schedules, and work plans for external subconsultants. • Manage several complex projects simultaneously. • Coordinate and manage internal engineering discipline teams and external subconsultants to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. • Monitor project performance and proactively identify and resolve risks, scope changes, and schedule impacts. • Ensure overall project execution complies with client requirements, contractual obligations, and Revamp quality standards. • Review Revamp project deliverables for conformity to client expectations, quality assurance, and contractual compliance. • Prepare, track, and submit monthly project invoicing. • Apply standard project management procedures and criteria with independent judgment. • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects. • Lead and participate in project meetings with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors. • Present project status, risks, and key issues clearly and confidently to stakeholders. • Review client standards, best practices, and project-specific requirements and ensure alignment across teams. • Assist with proposal development, including scope definition, budgeting, and scheduling inputs. • Assign tasks to and direct engineering discipline team members to complete project assignments. • Plan and coordinate detailed aspects of engineering work in collaboration with technical leads. • Provide mentoring and guidance to less experienced project and engineering staff. • Support a collaborative, accountable, and transparent project team environment.

• Partner with executive, product, and engineering teams to translate company objectives into clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. • Ensure priorities remain aligned across teams and initiatives. • Help develop and refine scalable project management processes, workflows, and systems that support growth across a distributed organization. • Work closely with technical teams to define project requirements, assess dependencies, estimate timelines, and coordinate resource planning for new initiatives. • Research, evaluate, and coordinate relationships with manufacturers, service providers, contractors, and operational partners to support business objectives. • Assist with researching and coordinating the operational, technical, and regulatory requirements associated with launching products and services in new markets. • Develop and maintain operational reporting frameworks, project dashboards, and performance metrics that help leadership make informed decisions. • Support process documentation, SOP development, testing initiatives, quality programs, and compliance-related efforts as the organization continues to mature. • Identify blockers, coordinate stakeholders, and drive projects through completion while maintaining clear communication across departments.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT operations and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational readiness. • Integrate ITIL best practices throughout the project lifecycle, with a strong focus on Service Transition to ensure smooth and controlled deployment into production environments. • Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Service Management—to ensure seamless execution and handoff to operations. • Oversee and govern change and release activities, ensuring compliance with established ITIL processes and active participation in Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviews. • Ensure that all deliverables required for operational success—such as documentation, knowledge articles, runbooks, and support models—are complete and validated prior to go-live. • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to live services and business operations. • Champion continuous improvement across both project delivery and service management processes.

• Develop and manage projects from ideation through execution, including project scope, timeline, and project execution, and coordinate closely with engineers and Architects. • Proactively develop and manage a backlog of user stories or activities to drive a project forward. • Address bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. • Provide consistent, executive-level reporting on project status and outcomes to customers and internal stakeholders. • Contribute to the long-term direction for optimizing project delivery in professional services.
