• Building trusted relationships with CEOs, founders, board members, and executive stakeholders across key customers and prospects • Acting as an executive sponsor for some of Bullhorn's largest and most strategic customer relationships • Driving retention, expansion, and net-new revenue growth across a substantial enterprise portfolio • Leading Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), steering committees, executive briefings, and strategic planning sessions • Building Bullhorn's presence in the market through executive networking, industry events, speaking engagements, and thought leadership • Supporting the ongoing transformation of the UKI Enterprise business, helping shape its structure, strategy, and future direction • Managing complex customer situations, mitigating risk, and driving alignment across internal and external stakeholders • Leading, coaching, and developing a team responsible for strategic account growth and enterprise sales activities • Partnering closely with Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Sales leaders to deliver customer outcomes
