Your mission will be: - Regulatory Reporting & Submission: - Prepare, reconcile, and submit daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and ad-hoc regulatory reports to relevant Indonesian authorities with complete accuracy and strict adherence to deadlines. - Stay ahead of reporting schedules and proactively manage the end-to-end submission process to ensure zero compliance gaps. - Data Reconciliation & Investigation: - Perform daily transaction data reconciliation between internal company systems and Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO) institution systems. - Investigate any data discrepancies or anomalies immediately, working alongside relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure data integrity. - Cross-Functional Collaboration & Control Building: - Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to strengthen internal compliance controls and enhance continuous monitoring processes. - Provide compliance insights and user feedback to help specify and develop better tech-enabled internal compliance tools and automated solutions. - Audit & Examination Support: - Support the compliance team during regulatory examinations, independent audits, and internal compliance reviews. - Organize, maintain, and safeguard all required compliance documentation, audit trails, and records for seamless retrieval. - Process Optimization: - Actively identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual reporting risks within the Compliance Department. Qualifications - Minimum of 1 year of professional working experience, with a preference for roles directly involved in compliance, regulatory operations, or financial reporting. - Fully proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex regulatory matters clearly to both local and international stakeholders. - Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
