Role Description We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator / Engineer to oversee the full lifecycle of custom product manufacturing projects - from client inquiry to final delivery. You’ll be the key connector between sales, design, clients, and factory teams, ensuring every project runs smoothly, meets quality standards, and supports efficiency and profitability goals. - Oversee the full lifecycle of custom manufacturing orders from initiation to delivery - Coordinate daily with factory teams to ensure production accuracy, on-time delivery, and quality standards - Review samples, pre-production materials, and testing results before mass production - Manage logistics, delivery timelines, and payment coordination with internal and external partners - Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth resolution across stakeholders - Act as the main point of contact between clients, factory partners, and internal teams - Collaborate with sales and customer success teams on complex or high-value projects - Work with design teams to validate files, materials, and production feasibility - Support early-stage project assessments including cost and production constraints - Conduct cost analysis and negotiate with manufacturers to achieve target gross profit margins - Ensure pricing aligns with both company financial goals and client expectations - Maintain strict quality control across all production stages - Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing coordination, project management, or a similar product-focused role - Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain logistics - Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams and time zones - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts at once - A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure - Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment - Strong analytical and commercial thinking skills Requirements - Experience working with overseas manufacturers is a strong plus - Familiarity with ERP or production tracking systems is a bonus - Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred but not required Benefits - Salary: $2,000–$2,500/month* - Full-time | 100% remote | CET Hours - 13 PTO days + 3 federal holidays - Uncapped growth opportunities - Commission incentives
