Business Development Manager

SASMAR PHARMA

Role Description SASMAR is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive our growth initiatives and enhance our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Identifying new business opportunities - Building strong relationships with clients and partners - Implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets You will play a critical role in the expansion of our product offerings, ensuring that SASMAR remains a leader in the fertility and personal care sectors. Your success will be measured through: - Securing new partnerships - Expanding existing accounts - Developing compelling proposals for major retailers Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with company goals. - Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners and distributors. - Create and deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders and prospective clients. - Conduct market research to identify trends and inform business strategy. - Negotiate contracts and terms with clients while ensuring profitability. - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product visibility and effectiveness in the market. - Monitor and report on sales performance and market competitors. Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the health, wellness, or consumer products sectors. - Strong negotiation and presentation skills. - Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client relationships and sales pipelines. - A strong work ethic with a focus on results and accountability. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation. Requirements - Base Salary: AUD $85,000 – $95,000 - OTE: AUD $130,000 – $150,000 - Commission: 3% on revenue from new accounts opened - New Door Bonus: AUD $800 per new retail/pharmacy listing secured - Annual Bonus: Up to 15% of base on achievement of annual targets
