Role Description We are seeking a polished, high-energy Inbound SDR to join a fast-growing team at the forefront of AI innovation. This is not an outbound hunting role; you will be the face of the company for incoming leads, responsible for navigating them through a high-velocity, low to mid-ticket sales cycle. If you are a natural conversationalist who thrives on responsiveness and closing deals without the need for a rigid script, this is your opportunity to own a high-volume pipeline in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities - Respond to and qualify inbound leads with speed, professionalism, and precision. - Conduct discovery conversations to identify prospect needs and pain points. - Manage and close leads through a low to mid-ticket sales process. - Maintain meticulous CRM records and ensure the pipeline is consistently updated. - Execute diligent follow-up sequences to nurture prospects and maximize conversion rates. - Take full ownership of your lead queue from initial touch to final disposition. Qualifications - Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written) with a confident, clear, and professional presence. - Proven experience as an SDR or in inside sales, preferably within B2B SaaS or a digital agency. - Strong proficiency in CRM tools, specifically GoHighLevel (GHL) or HubSpot. - Demonstrated ability to move leads through a fast-paced sales cycle. - Self-motivated work ethic with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. - Strong organizational skills and a "closer" mentality—you don't need hand-holding to manage your day. Nice-to-Haves - Proficiency in Spanish. - Previous experience working in a high-growth startup environment. - Existing knowledge or interest in AI technology and automation.
