Meta Ads Specialist – Part-Time to Full-Time

FOUNDRY

• Develop, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram • Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, creative, bidding strategies, and budgets to maximize results • Conduct audience research and build targeted campaigns aligned with client goals • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations • Collaborate with internal teams to align ad strategies with broader marketing and fundraising objectives • Support the creation and testing of ad copy, creative assets, and landing page recommendations • Stay informed on Meta platform updates, advertising best practices, and industry trends • Contribute to the refinement and growth of Getting Attention’s paid advertising services for nonprofit clients

Job Requirements

  • Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
  • 3-5 years of experience managing and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and campaign performance analysis
  • Experience developing paid social strategies that drive measurable results, including lead generation, conversions, and audience growth
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing spend for maximum return on investment
  • Familiarity with audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking
  • Experience supporting B2B, nonprofit, agency, or mission-driven organizations is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining campaign quality and accuracy
  • Strong self-starter with an ownership mindset; comfortable making informed decisions within established guidelines, navigating ambiguity, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
