In this role, you'll learn new positions, use different sourcing platforms, engage with candidates, and help maintain healthy pipelines that support successful hires. - Permanent work-from-home opportunity - Day shift schedule with weekends off - Work with international clients and global recruitment teams - Exposure to diverse industries and niche professional roles - Collaborative and supportive team environment - Independent contractor engagement Responsibilities - Work on newly created jobs, in-progress assigned jobs, and roles requiring renewed sourcing support - Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates while promoting BruntWork's career opportunities across various sourcing channels - Review job requirements to identify suitable candidate profiles and create effective job advertisements - Collaborate with Job Owners, Recruitment Operations, and other stakeholders to support hiring needs - Generate qualified candidates and maintain active, healthy pipelines across assigned roles - Keep candidate records and sourcing activities updated within internal systems Qualifications - Experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field - Exposure to sourcing candidates across different industries, functions, or job types - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools - Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Able to manage multiple job openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable learning new roles, industries, and sourcing techniques - Familiarity with recruitment metrics or talent analytics is an advantage - Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment Key Performance Indicator (KPI) - Maintain healthy pipelines of qualified, hire-ready candidates that contribute to successful role closures

Full-time As a Senior Recruiter you’ll play a pivotal, client-facing role recruiting for salaried positions in the specialized water infrastructure industry. In this Recruiting On Demand (ROD) assignment, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for up to 25 open requisitions at any given time, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates from sourcing through to offer stage.
