This is a remote position. We are looking for a Recruitment Manager for one of our shifts to own end-to-end hiring outcomes, team performance, and resolution of delivery issues. You will manage team leaders, recruiters, and sourcers in your shift, drive execution, and take accountability for roles that are aging. This is an execution and ownership role — not a systems design or reporting role.
