Title: 14245 – Bilingual Associate Recruiting Coordinator | Remote – Puerto Rico Location: Remote - Puerto Rico Willing to travel island-wide PR PR Full-time Full time Our Associate Recruiting Coordinator is accountable for: - Coordinating and scheduling interviews accurately and efficiently, supporting candidates and recruiting teams across multiple roles and stakeholders - Attend Hiring events - Managing calendars across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, including interview updates, reschedules, and time zone coordination - Serving as a key point of contact throughout the interview process to help ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience - Supporting recruiting workflows and administrative tasks with strong attention to detail and organization - Maintaining accurate candidate records and updates within recruiting systems and internal trackers - Assisting recruiters and Talent Acquisition Leads with operational support, scheduling logistics, and recruiting coordination needs - Helping maintain process compliance and supporting reporting or audit-related requests as needed - Partnering collaboratively across the team to support recruiting priorities in a fast-paced environment Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences: - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively - Professional communication skills with a customer-service mindset and strong follow-through - High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Comfort working within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Outlook calendars, and recruiting tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Minimum of 1 year of administrative, coordination, customer support, or recruiting support experience preferred - Recruiting, HR, Talent Acquisition, or scheduling experience is a plus - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Ability to work remotely while supporting recruiting teams and candidates across multiple regions and time zones - Must be bilingual (English / Spanish) This role is fully remote and based in Puerto Rico. The hourly base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location. $13.00 – $15.00 hourly
