Role Description You’ll be a generalist responsible for building and running large-scale data, machine learning, and agentic systems. The focus is operational ML/AI, including agentic systems and geospatial data pipelines. You should be comfortable owning the full lifecycle: from data ingestion and distributed processing to model development, deployment, and monitoring. This role requires the ability to iterate quickly from initial concept to a robust, production-ready solution. Key Responsibilities - Take ownership of the end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle, focusing on complex and messy data, evaluating different approaches, deploying robust models, and handling cost vs performance tradeoffs. - Implement and integrate large-scale, agent-based systems with access to external systems, building solutions from the ground up and integrating them with existing infrastructure. - Establish observability for pipelines, models, and agents (metrics, tracing, alerting). - Collaborate with product and customer teams to drive revenue. - Strong experience with distributed data processing, particularly Spark and SQL. - Proven expertise in building production machine learning systems, including working with large, wide datasets, effective training, deployment, and monitoring. - Experience designing and deploying task-oriented AI agents and working with coding agents. - Experience working with cloud services across data, compute, and ML. - Strong communication abilities, including code architecture and documentation, enabling any technical team member to troubleshoot and contribute easily. • Lead development of cross-platform mobile features using React Native while contributing to shared web experiences built with React. • Guide front-end architecture decisions, ensuring reusable component patterns and scalable state management across mobile and web interfaces. • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate UX requirements into performant, production-ready mobile experiences. • Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services, ensuring secure data handling and consistent user workflows. • Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentorship, and hands-on engineering contributions within Agile delivery cycles. • Partner with DevSecOps and platform teams to support reliable builds, testing workflows, and iterative feature releases.

• Design, develop, and test new features for the platform. • Lead research and experiments when addressing new and challenging requirements. • Maintain and improve existing Bubble products by quickly fixing bugs and updating existing parts when necessary. • Share knowledge and produce documentation for Bubble products. • For the Mid‑Level (Pleno) role, you are also expected to mentor less experienced members of the squad and the team.

Compensation In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) : The base salary range for this position is $118,000-$176,000 annually. Zone B : The base salary range for this position is $112,000-$167,000 annually. Zone C : The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 annually. This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
