• Partner with Channel Partner Managers and the distributor network to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for chemistries and supplies across Latin America • Enable channel partners through technical training, product demonstrations, and sales support to increase product adoption • Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers and partners on chromatography, spectroscopy, and sample preparation solutions • Identify growth opportunities within the distributor network and support pipeline development for chemistries and supplies • Translate complex technical concepts into clear customer value and business impact • Track performance metrics and contribute to regional growth targets

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, technical sales, or a related commercial role
  • Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or indirect sales models preferred
  • Background in technical support, training, or consultative selling valued
  • Strong knowledge of one or more of the following: Gas Chromatography (GC), Liquid Chromatography (LC, HPLC, UHPLC), Sample Preparation techniques, Spectroscopy
  • Familiarity with LC-MS and GC-MS applications preferred
  • Understanding of analytical instrumentation and related consumables.
