The position is part of the Group Supply MNEA (Market Area Northeast) leadership team, reporting to Head of Group Supply MNEA. As the Head of Supply CU Japan, you will lead the supply chain definition and execution to ensure we deliver in an optimized and best in class flow. Furthermore, you will ensure we are operating in a compliant manner in your CU (Customer Unit) and country of operation. What you will do - Lead and develop a high-performing supply organization based in Yokohama, Japan, fostering capability growth, collaboration, and a strong performance culture. - Drive market leadership through premium supply capabilities, ensuring full adherence to the Ericsson Supply Model and operational excellence across your unit. - Leverage demand sensing and shaping in close collaboration with Market Area and Customer Unit stakeholders to drive integrated planning and ensure delivery through real-time visibility of supply capabilities. - Drive portfolio standardization to optimize and utilize volatility across Customer Units, improving predictability and efficiency. - Secure the right supply Terms & Conditions ahead of upcoming customer negotiations and compelling events to enable competitive and resilient delivery commitments. - Oversee OKRs and Scorecard performance, proactively identifying risks and initiating mitigation actions to ensure aligned delivery of unit objectives. - Manage Business Continuity and comprehensive risk management, including financial exposure, across all supported Customer Units. • PO Receipt and Review • Sales order entry into SAP • Generating customer acknowledgements • Customer coordination - PO/Award change management of HW deliveries • Collin’s coordination - Align with internal planning • Issue RMA for returned hardware • Maintain SAP blocks and coordinate releases • Management Authorized Material (MAM) order entry • WAWF review/shipping holds • Respond in a timely manner to customer griefs • Support delivery status meetings with multiple customers • Reconciliation reporting & support of additional data requests • Ensure customer contractual requirements regarding demand and order execution are appropriately executed • Ensures data integrity and quality by reviewing data, identifying unusual occurrences, seeking explanations, and assisting in developing corrections to prevent reoccurrences • Consult with functional teams such as pre-award, supply chain, planning, program office, operations, finance, to obtain relevant data and insights on demand • Drive cross-functional collaboration to influence the demand on the supply chain and prioritize demand for order fulfillment based on business objectives and customer segmentation • Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with all stakeholders • Perform and/or direct day to day administrative tasks

• Lead enterprise-level supply chain network modeling and scenario planning across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution • Partner with business units to identify and evaluate optimization opportunities (e.g., regional consolidation, nearshoring, dual sourcing, DC placement) • Support business unit network optimization project execution • Act as a trusted advisor to BU supply chain leaders, helping translate business strategy into network design implications • Align cross-functional stakeholders around recommendations that balance service, cost, and risk • Develop enterprise playbooks, frameworks, and tools to support ongoing network decision-making • Develop enterprise structure, standard processes and governance for network optimization projects from ideation to closure • Serve as a connector across the enterprise, facilitating knowledge sharing, best practice exchange, and capability building • Monitor trends (e.g., logistics markets, geopolitical risks, capacity shifts) and proactively identify strategic network risks and opportunities

Role Description We are seeking a Shipboard Supply Technician / Logistics Specialist to support the Multi-Mission Data Link (MMDL) program. This role provides hands-on logistics and supply support to ensure mission readiness, material availability, and accurate inventory management across program activities. This role is well-suited for candidates with prior Navy shipboard logistics or supply experience who are interested in applying their background in a civilian defense environment. - Manage and track inventory, repair parts, and equipment supporting program and fleet requirements - Coordinate ordering, receipt, inspection, and issuance of materials to ensure timely mission support - Maintain accurate logistics data, inventory databases, and system records to support reporting and accountability - Support shipping, receiving, and material movement activities, including inspection of incoming cargo and equipment - Perform inventory reconciliation and assist in resolving discrepancies across logistics systems - Generate reports, documentation, and correspondence supporting logistics operations and program tracking - Coordinate with internal program teams, supply chain personnel, and government stakeholders to ensure material readiness - Utilize logistics and inventory management systems to track assets, maintain records, and support operational requirements - Assist with financial tracking related to logistics activities, including material accountability and audit readiness Qualifications - U.S. Citizen with active/current Secret Clearance - High School Diploma - 4+ years of relevant experience - Experience supporting shipboard logistics operations.
