Senior Analyst – Demand Planner

• PO Receipt and Review • Sales order entry into SAP • Generating customer acknowledgements • Customer coordination - PO/Award change management of HW deliveries • Collin’s coordination - Align with internal planning • Issue RMA for returned hardware • Maintain SAP blocks and coordinate releases • Management Authorized Material (MAM) order entry • WAWF review/shipping holds • Respond in a timely manner to customer griefs • Support delivery status meetings with multiple customers • Reconciliation reporting & support of additional data requests • Ensure customer contractual requirements regarding demand and order execution are appropriately executed • Ensures data integrity and quality by reviewing data, identifying unusual occurrences, seeking explanations, and assisting in developing corrections to prevent reoccurrences • Consult with functional teams such as pre-award, supply chain, planning, program office, operations, finance, to obtain relevant data and insights on demand • Drive cross-functional collaboration to influence the demand on the supply chain and prioritize demand for order fulfillment based on business objectives and customer segmentation • Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with all stakeholders • Perform and/or direct day to day administrative tasks

Job Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Experience with one or more of the following: Demand Management, Procurement, Planning
  • Experience and demonstrated success within a demand management role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (CORE, ACE, Six Sigma)
