• Manage the end to end process of raising MDF CONTRA and OPEX projects and claims for Customers and Channel Marketing Team • Liaising with customers to ensure that the proof of execution and their invoice is correct and provided in a timely manner • Liaising with T1 and T2 partners to manage and support the individual marketing project and business claims procedures • Lead Marketing Clinic on a monthly basis to update the Channel Marketing Team with enhancements / changes to marketing project management systems • Main point of contact with Salesforce IT to fix any marketing project management systems issues experienced by Marketing Team • Key member of UAT team for any enhancements made to the marketing project management systems • Liaison with IT and Channel Marketing / Sales teams for Where to Buy updates on the direct-to-consumer site • Run reporting on budget investment, claim status, budget movement, customer activities and ad hoc reporting as required • Manage uploading and transfer of budget into Salesforce / Oracle Cloud as required • Maintain regional budget trackers and support with any bug fixes as required • Train Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners on Business Support Center
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent
- 2 years business experience
- Knowledge of SAP and Oracle systems a plus
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PPT, Teams and Outlook required
- Ability to use Salesforce is a plus
- Native German speaker
- Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written
