Business Analyst, Americas Sales

• Analyze sell-in and sell-out data across retail, e-commerce and distribution channels to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities • Monitor KPIs including revenue, sell-through, inventory health, channel performance and promotional effectiveness • Develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the sales leadership team • Build and maintain executive-level dashboards, scorecards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau • Automate recurring reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy and visibility • Ensure consistent, reliable data across all reporting outputs • Leverage AI tools and assistants to accelerate analysis, generate summaries and surface insights at scale • Design and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents to automate repetitive sales operations tasks • Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs), annual sales planning cycles and go-to-market strategy development • Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, sales analytics, or a strategy-focused role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience handling large, complex datasets
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL; hands-on experience with at least one BI/visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent)
  • Experience building and maintaining sales performance reports and KPI dashboards
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) applied to business or analytical workflows
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to take data and turn it into a clear story
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Role Description We are seeking a KYC Analyst to support a high‑visibility financial crime and compliance programme. This role focuses on customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), customer risk assessment, and the ongoing maintenance of KYC records in line with regulatory expectations—particularly those outlined under the German AML Act (GwG). You will play a key role in ensuring customer transparency, identifying onboarding and ongoing due diligence risks, and maintaining audit‑ready documentation across the customer lifecycle. - Perform KYC, CDD and EDD reviews for new and existing customers in accordance with GwG requirements. - Assess customer ownership structures, business activities and source of funds/wealth. - Conduct periodic and trigger‑based KYC refreshes, ensuring customer profiles remain accurate and up to date. - Review and validate customer documentation, escalating gaps or inconsistencies where appropriate. - Apply a risk‑based approach to customer classification and ongoing monitoring. - Identify and escalate financial crime red flags related to customer onboarding and lifecycle management. - Ensure KYC decisions are clearly documented, defensible and aligned with BaFin expectations. - Support remediation exercises and regulatory reviews. - Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve KYC issues efficiently and within SLAs. - Record reviews, outcomes and risk decisions accurately in required systems (e.g. LOCS). - Contribute to continuous improvements in KYC processes and controls. Qualifications - Strong educational background; a degree in Finance, Legal or a STEM discipline is advantageous. - Knowledge of German AML regulations (GwG). - Strong command of the German language (C1 or above). - 2+ years’ experience in KYC, CDD or EDD within a banking or financial services environment. - Experience reviewing customer documentation, ownership structures and risk indicators. - Familiarity with client onboarding tools and KYC platforms. - Strong understanding of AML, financial crime risk and regulatory expectations for customer due diligence. - Ability to interpret and apply financial crime guidance and industry standards. - Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and investigative skills. - Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively across teams and stakeholders. - Proficiency across Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
