Commercial Product Manager

Dentsply Sirona

• Execute marketing strategies for the Wellspect portfolio in line with business objectives • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify business opportunities • Support product launches and targeted marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and business growth • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure successful project execution • Provide product training and support to sales teams and customers • Support complaint management, tender-related activities, and development of value dossiers • Contribute to forecasting, demand planning, and reporting activities • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and professional associations • Manage local projects, advisory boards, customer groups, and educational programs • Monitor marketing ROI and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives • Ensure local execution is aligned with the global marketing strategy • Deliver projects on time and in line with commercial objectives • Provide efficient, high-quality support across all assigned activities

Job Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience in global marketing and product management
  • Knowledge of the medical device and homecare markets
  • Experience in product launches and marketing execution
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and integrity
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level)
  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • MBA is considered an advantage

This role is based in Sydney Responsibilities: - Own the strategy for customer onboarding, mapping the ideal journey from discovery, to sign-up to product adoption - Utilize data and analytics to identify pain points, measure success, and drive continuous improvement of the onboarding flow - Design and implement A/B tests to improve the UX/UI and optimise the onboarding journey - Strike the right balance between a frictionless onboarding process and robust KYC controls to mitigate risk to Airwallex and our customers Who you are We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
