• Serve as the project focal point and a valuable resource for power plant development consulting projects. • Responsible for power plant design and capital project support consulting. • Provide expertise in mechanical and electrical assessments, construction oversight, project management, commissioning, and upgrade projects. • Interpret project objectives and develop actionable plans to ensure schedule and hour targets are met or exceeded. • Determine and complete necessary preparations for client meetings and lead discussions effectively. • Field project execution will be required up to approximately 30%.

• This is a function aligned to a partner or number of partners and requires to work both in the central office and on client site/s when required. • Project Management - External and internal stakeholder engagement. • Management and direction of the total delivery team. • Define the search or project specification. • Create job descriptions, message to market and confidentiality process (if applicable) to be approved/signed by the client. • Creation of internal scripts for ‘market insight’ on each project. • Complete assessment and qualification of candidates from long list to shortlist. • Creation of content-rich, high-quality reports and candidate profiles. • Review and engagement meetings during the process. • Identify and escalate risks to the project prior to timeline expectations. • On-boarding - Post-project client engagement. • Overall quality control for each stage of the project internally and externally. • Assessment of candidates: Competency and skills-based interviews. • Prepare detailed candidate reports and shortlist presentations. • Manage resignation and candidate follow-up to placement. • Post-placement follow-up and report at 3, 6, and 12 months. • Present a business case at senior levels with candidates and partners. • Account management that will grow revenues and remit within partners globally.

• Lead clients through end-to-end Dayforce WFM implementations, spanning requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-go-live support. • Configure and validate Dayforce WFM rules, including timekeeping policies, accrual plans, scheduling rules, pay code mappings, and workforce data integrations. • Create data mapping from source system(s) to Dayforce WFM, write functional specifications for customizations, and manage the testing and client acceptance of delivered solutions. • Create and maintain requirements documentation, design specifications, and project plans throughout the engagement lifecycle. • Engage clients with confidence, handle questions and feedback professionally, and build trust through consistent, high-quality delivery. • Escalate issues to peers, project managers, or practice leads in a timely and professional manner when needed. • Manage multiple client engagements concurrently, tracking your own time accurately, forecasting hours, and understanding and monitoring your own KPIs. • Present material and facilitate working sessions for client teams, demonstrating ownership of your work and a trusted advisor approach. • Provide best-practice recommendations to clients, drawing on growing Dayforce WFM expertise to help identify the right solutions for their needs. • Collaborate effectively with internal project teams, actively contribute as a team player, help others solve problems, and lead by example in day-to-day work.
