Principal Consultant, German – Executive Search, Industrial & Aerospace

• This is a function aligned to a partner or number of partners and requires to work both in the central office and on client site/s when required. • Project Management - External and internal stakeholder engagement. • Management and direction of the total delivery team. • Define the search or project specification. • Create job descriptions, message to market and confidentiality process (if applicable) to be approved/signed by the client. • Creation of internal scripts for ‘market insight’ on each project. • Complete assessment and qualification of candidates from long list to shortlist. • Creation of content-rich, high-quality reports and candidate profiles. • Review and engagement meetings during the process. • Identify and escalate risks to the project prior to timeline expectations. • On-boarding - Post-project client engagement. • Overall quality control for each stage of the project internally and externally. • Assessment of candidates: Competency and skills-based interviews. • Prepare detailed candidate reports and shortlist presentations. • Manage resignation and candidate follow-up to placement. • Post-placement follow-up and report at 3, 6, and 12 months. • Present a business case at senior levels with candidates and partners. • Account management that will grow revenues and remit within partners globally.
Job Requirements
- At least 10 years experience of senior stakeholder and client relationship management, including directing small teams.
- At least 5 years in an end-to-end talent acquisition role, including retained Executive Search.
- Experience in writing insightful profiles and reports.
- Demonstrable experience on working within tight timescales and high-demand clients or environments.
- Demonstrable experience on being the ‘trusted advisor’.
- Strong external networks and understanding of best practice.
- Influencing and negotiating skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Fluency in one other language is ideal but not essential.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Role Description As a Loss Control Consultant, you’ll use exceptional communication skills to work with insureds, agents, and company personnel through consultations and educational guidance. - Provide loss control services to policyholders and agents in the assigned territories. - Complete surveys of policyholders' operations and provide consulting services to reduce accidents and injuries. - Make effective agency visits to key commercial agents to explain Central’s loss control services and resources. - Analyze claims, hazards, and safety data to make effective decisions and recommendations. - Produce professional and detailed reports for underwriting of accounts surveyed and recommendations made to insureds. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Fire Prevention, or a related field and two years of experience in loss control & accident prevention. - Or four years’ experience in loss control. - Valid Driver’s license. - Must be able to climb ladders and access building rooftops. Requirements - Experience in safety and health—commercial insurance background (preferred). - Ability to work toward a designation of AINS, ARM, CRP, CPCU, CFPS, CRM, ASP, CSP, OHST, CRIS, or TRIP (preferred). - Strong organization and territory planning skills. - An innovative and continuous improvement mindset. - A positive, professional, cooperative, and quality-conscious service attitude. - Ability to work under pressure, deal with interpersonal conflict, and handle a heavy workload. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence skills. - Ability to understand Central Insurance’s policies and processes. - Ability to make favorable impressions with agents, insureds, and company personnel. - Skill in Microsoft Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). - Ability to travel including occasional overnight.
