Job Requirements
- Degree qualified in Environmental Sciences or similar discipline
- Project management experience
- Proven sales background hitting targets
- Full clean driving license for use in the UK

This is an absolute omni-channel business development role. - Aggressive New Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities across all segments (Utility, C&I, and Residential/Distributed Generation). - Omni-Channel Network Building: Establish direct relationships with IPPs, regional Tier-1/2 EPCs, C&I project developers, and top-tier solar wholesalers/distributors. - Local Market Penetration: Drive localized go-to-market strategies tailored to regional dynamics, subsidy landscapes, and commercial behaviors. - Consultative Technical Selling: Present commercial and engineering value propositions; collaborate with the global engineering team to align proposals with local codes. - Deal Execution & Tender Management: Lead commercial negotiations from initial outreach through to contract closure, including pricing calculations and RFP/RFI submissions. - Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company at major European solar exhibitions to source fresh leads and build a robust commercial pipeline.
