Senior Solution Consultant, POC Architecture

OneStream Software

• Designing and delivering POCs that address complex business requirements and highlight OneStream's strengths against competing platforms. • Serving as the functional and technical expert for OneStream’s go-to-market team throughout the sales cycle. • Building strong relationships across key OneStream teams to support POC success and foster professional growth, including Demo Development, Field Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Management, and Product Engineering. • Translating POC findings and prospect feedback into actionable insights for Product Management and Engineering, directly shaping OneStream's product roadmap. • Continually enhancing and scaling technical assets to ensure high-quality and efficient POC projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of CPM industry experience in technical presales, consulting, or related roles.
  • 3+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying applications.
  • Experience and strong interest in UX/visualization design, data transformation, and developing desktop/SaaS applications.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Claude Cowork, Code, or other public LLMs.
  • Strong knowledge of core CPM concepts like Consolidations, Planning, Reporting, Data Integration, and event-driven Visualizations.
  • Experience with consultative discussions to identify a prospect’s business issues and craft the right solution.
  • Versed and experienced with data analytics or financial modeling.
