Sales Manager – Sales Consultant, Online Lease Returns, BDC

Ernst Dello GmbH & Co. KG

• You actively process our lease returns from the online sales channel • You contact customers by phone and digitally whose lease term is ending, and actively guide them toward follow-up offers • You conduct needs assessments and prepare appropriate follow-up offers • You use specialized offer models for online sales • You consistently follow up on open offers and reminders • You structure and document all customer contacts in the system • You advise our customers with a sales-focused, closing-oriented approach • You hand over suitable customers to branches when more intensive support or a different offer model is appropriate • You work closely with online and branch sales teams as well as central units

Job Requirements

  • Experience in sales, ideally in telephone or digital sales, is an advantage
  • Motivated career changers are also given the opportunity to succeed
  • High self-motivation and excellent self-organization
  • Enjoyment of fast, clear, and closing-oriented sales processes
  • Confident handling of price-sensitive customers who actively compare offers
  • Consistent work approach when handling new customer contacts daily
  • Good communication skills by phone and email and very good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Digital affinity and confident use of CRM and sales systems
  • A good sense for when a customer is best served via online sales and when a handover to a branch is more appropriate
