• Du bist die erste Kontaktperson für unsere KFZ-Kunden im Inbound und vermittelst ihnen telefonisch - nach einer hochwertigen KFZ-Beratung - unsere mehrfach ausgezeichneten Produkte Zahnzusatz-, Tierkranken- oder Krankenzusatzversicherung im Cross-Selling • Du gehst bei den zahlreichen Inbound-Calls (unsere warmen Calls/Leads) auf die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche unserer Kunden ein und sorgst dadurch für eine optimale Lösung • Perspektivisch erhältst du weitere Leads oder Service zu Sales-Calls zum Ausbau des Vertriebsergebnisses • Du nimmst an Sales-Incentives teil, um das Ergebnis spartenorientiert nach einer Werbemaßnahme zu steigern • Du machst keine Kaltakquise oder Terminierung , sondern berätst unsere anrufenden Kunden auf ihren Wunsch und mit deiner Überzeugung • Du tauschst dich regelmäßig mit deinen Kollegen aus, ihr entwickelt euch gemeinsam weiter und werdet auf diesem Weg noch erfolgreicher

• You are the first point of contact for our customers for inquiries relating to motor (auto) and personal insurance. • You assist customers with questions about quotes and policies. • You will also handle customer inquiries and complaints through to resolution. • You record customer information in our systems and forward follow-up cases to the claims or policy service departments as necessary. • Managing customer data and documents completes your responsibilities.

• You are the first point of contact for our car insurance customers on inbound calls. • After providing a high-quality car insurance consultation, you will offer and sell our multiple award-winning health products (e.g., supplementary dental or pet insurance) over the phone. • You proactively participate in sales incentives and campaigns to boost your results. • Regular collaboration with colleagues to develop together and become even more successful. • No cold calling and no external appointment scheduling.

• You are the first point of contact for our motor insurance customers in inbound telephone calls • After providing high-quality motor insurance advice, you sell our multiple award-winning health products by phone (e.g., supplementary dental or pet insurance) • Sales incentives and participating in campaigns motivate you to improve your results • Regular exchange with your colleagues to develop together and become even more successful • You do not perform cold calling or external appointment setting
