Job Description

TeleSales Agent, Inbound

TDG Tele Dienste GmbH

• You are the first point of contact for our motor insurance customers in inbound calls and, following a high-quality motor insurance consultation, you sell our award-winning products — dental supplementary insurance, pet health insurance, or supplementary health insurance — by phone through cross-selling. • You address the needs and wishes of our customers during numerous inbound calls (these are our warm calls/leads) and thus ensure the best possible solution. • In the medium term, you will receive additional leads or service-to-sales calls to increase sales results. • You participate in sales incentives to improve product-line results following a marketing campaign. • You do not perform cold calling or appointment setting; instead, you advise incoming callers according to their requests and with conviction. • You regularly exchange ideas with your colleagues, grow together professionally, and become even more successful along the way.

Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience in telephone-based product sales in inbound environments.
  • Experienced and sales-driven candidates from all industries with a proven track record of successful customer contacts on the phone.
  • You have a special talent for winning customers.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of the insurance sector (motor insurance, supplementary products) and call center experience.
  • Enjoy talking on the phone and possess strong closing skills.
  • Business-fluent German language skills, both spoken and written.

Benefits

  • Uncapped commission
  • Permanent employment contract
  • Flexible working time models
  • 100% home office
  • Onboarding week in Frankfurt from 07/04/2026 - 10/04/2026 (travel and hotel expenses covered by us)
  • Three-month training period with experienced trainers
  • One-week joint practice week in Frankfurt in May (travel and hotel expenses covered by us)
  • Full IT equipment provided by us (laptop, monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset)
  • Work from other EU countries for up to 20 days possible
  • Exchange with a coach and experts for personal development
  • Regular feedback and at least 15 hours of further training
  • Alternating between a legendary summer party or a relaxed Christmas celebration
  • Varied company canteen with a high employer subsidy, plus free coffee, tea, water, and fruit bowl
  • Employee discounts, corporate benefits, Benefits.me and Zurich Insurance company pension plan
  • Top e-bike leasing conditions with full coverage (wear and tear, accident, etc.)
