Qualifications - Communicative English at a B2 level or higher. - Extensive experience building scalable applications, ideally with large-scale systems like CRM, CMS, or ERP. - Direct SaaS experience is a strong plus. - Advanced proficiency in PHP 8.1+ and modern frameworks like Laravel or Symfony. - Deep experience in modular monolith and layered architecture. - Strong focus on framework-agnostic development. - Thorough knowledge of automated testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit). • Efficiently respond to and resolve support tickets related to application functionality and performance. • Modify and maintain ETL pipelines and data processing scripts to ensure optimal operation. • Adjust configurations within feature flag management software to tailor client experiences. • Execute REST API requests to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and implement customer solutions. • Collaborate closely with the Senior Engineer and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support and effective problem resolution. • Document solutions, and best practices, and contribute to the enhancement of the knowledge base.
