• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to create impactful user interfaces • Develop clickable prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into design iterations • Lead rapid design exploration and prototyping to validate concepts early in the product development cycle. • Plan and execute user research and testing efforts, including A/B tests, usability studies, and experiments. • Synthesize research, behavioral data, and test outcomes into clear design recommendations. • Drive continuous design iteration based on user feedback, product metrics, and business impact. • Conduct competition research to inform design decisions. • Assist developers during the implementation phase by providing support and clarifications • Utilize INGENIOUS.BUILD Design System to maintain consistency across the product • Take ownership of features and drive them from conception to delivery • Create user-friendly interfaces for the complex B2B web application
• Working towards improving the system's non-functional qualities, including availability, scalability, security, and durability. • Engaging in Scrum-based work management by participating in team meetings and discussions. • Creating automation and process improvements. • Supporting and developing new tools used by our Engineering department. • Monitor systems and create infrastructure documentation. • Participating in planning and taking full ownership of our initiatives. • Working with our tech stack, including GCP - GKE, Cloud SQL, Memorystore Redis, GCS, VMs, Cloud Run, PSC, Artifacts Registry, Secret Manager, CDN, K8S and Helm, Argo CD and Argo Workflows, Pulumi, Istio, Grafana stack, Gitlab.
• Own and drive end-to-end recruiting across assigned roles, from intake and sourcing through offer and onboarding support • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, align on candidate profiles, and move searches forward effectively • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach channels • Track key recruiting metrics and pipeline performance, using data to inform decisions and improve results • Conduct thoughtful recruiter screens to evaluate capabilities, communication, motivation, and alignment • Deliver a seamless candidate experience through clear communication, strong process management, and timely follow-up • Draft, refine, and optimize job descriptions and postings to attract high-quality talent • Build proactive talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term growth • Support employer brand efforts and contribute to broader talent and people-related initiatives • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support hiring goals and business priorities • Continuously look for ways to improve recruiting operations, streamline workflows, and raise the bar on hiring quality
