Role Description American Modern Insurance Group is seeking a highly experienced and deeply trusted Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to our Chief Executive Officer. This is a rare opportunity to operate at the center of a dynamic, global organization, working directly with an executive whose priorities shape the direction of the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will serve as a primary point of contact and trusted liaison for a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including global business leaders, client executives, and senior government officials. Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive day-to-day executive support to the CEO, proactively anticipating current and future needs to enable the achievement of strategic priorities. - Manage highly complex and dynamic calendars, balancing competing priorities and ensuring clear visibility across daily, weekly, and long-term schedules. - Prepare the CEO for meetings by gathering and synthesizing information in advance, distributing materials, and ensuring timely follow-up and accountability. - Coordinate all aspects of travel (both domestic and international), including detailed itineraries, accommodations, logistics, and timely submission of expense reports for CEO, various senior executive and managers using Concur platform and in compliance with the Travel Policy. - Plan and execute high-profile internal and external events, including leadership offsites, board meetings, executive dinners, and client-facing engagements and managing all logistics from concept through execution. - Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance processes, and improve organizational effectiveness for the CEO and senior leadership team. - Lead or assist with special projects and initiatives, including conducting research and analysis on behalf of the CEO. - Collaborate cross-functionally and partner closely with other Executive Assistants to deliver seamless, coordinated outcomes. - Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives; OR High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of progressive administrative experience at the executive level. - Demonstrated experience planning, organizing, and supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot).
