Role Description Waste And Industry Compliance Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant will act as a liaison, overseeing activities and communications to ensure smooth business processes and functions. The ideal candidate is adaptable, agile, and well-organized, with exceptional time management and multitasking abilities. - Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients. - Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners. - Schedule and manage complex calendars and set up meetings, ensuring logistics, including venue, equipment, and materials, are in place. - Manage all aspects of executive travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and expense reports. - Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, management meetings, and corporate events. - Maintain an organized filing system of both physical and electronic documents. - Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. - Experience in the waste industry and environment-friendly policies is a plus. - Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software. - Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities. - Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly and professional demeanor. - Ability to maintain confidentiality. Role Description Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Bilingual Executive Assistant (Healthcare & Telehealth Operations) to serve as a key operational partner in a growing telehealth practice. This is more than a traditional executive assistant role. The successful candidate will become the organizational backbone of the business, supporting executive priorities, patient operations, front desk workflows, healthcare administration, and day-to-day practice management.
