Go Live Engineer

• You’ll dive right in and be an instrumental member of our technical team and will be exposed to the Nerdio platform and our internal and external partners. • Work closely with our Partner Sales Managers (PSM's) to support sales with highly technical Microsoft Channel Partners and MSP's (Managed Service Providers) • Help Nerdio partners with their first several account implementations • Assist fellow Nerdio Support Engineers with trouble tickets and problem solving • Collaborate with technical team members to maintain, design, and enhance current tools and processes • Contribute to technical knowledge base and documentation • Contribute to the creative process of product enhancements and new features • Collaboration towards creating meaningful metrics towards go lives, partner implementation and MRR goals.

Job Requirements

  • Prior AVD deployments
  • Experience with Intune, FSLogix and Active Directory (AAD, Azure AD DS, AD DS)
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Fast-paced mentality and able to make decisions quickly
  • Works with a sense of high urgency
  • Comfortable with and able to work and deliver excellent results within short cycle times
  • Comfortable working with highly technical customers
  • Tolerates with a high degree of uncertainty and change
  • Experience conducting technical product demos
  • Experience with virtualization technologies, preferably Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Microsoft networking and applications (i.e., Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, Terminal Services)
  • Firewalls, VPNs, and TCP/IP networking
  • Shared storage systems (i.e., SAN, NAS)
  • Project management and planning experience
  • High degree of empathy and creativity with end users/partners
  • Competent understanding of networking layers and resources
