• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals to stakeholders and development teams. • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality products. • Analyze market trends and gather feedback from customers to inform product enhancements and roadmap decisions. • Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather requirements and clarify project scope. • Monitor product performance and iterate on features to enhance user experience and increase value. • Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering).
- 5+ years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
- Experience in creating and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
