Corporate Governance Attorney

Axiom

• Advise the Board of Directors and executive leadership on corporate governance matters, including fiduciary duties, board processes, and best practices. • Draft, review, and maintain corporate governance documents, including bylaws, charters, policies, resolutions, and committee materials. • Support public company compliance obligations, including proxy statements, annual meetings, SEC filings, and disclosure requirements. • Oversee entity management, corporate records, and subsidiary governance to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal standards.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in corporate governance, securities, or public company representation
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, SEC regulations, proxy rules, and board governance practices.
  • Actively licensed and in good standing in a U.S. state.
