Role Description Evolve is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Strategist to join our growing team! This marketing leader will drive marketing strategy across Arrowhead Professional businesses, with an initial focus on Evolve MGA, a cyber-specialist distributing national insurance solutions through retail insurance brokers and agents. This is a high-ownership role that requires someone who can write with precision for a sophisticated broker audience, manage multiple workstreams independently, and develop content that is both technically grounded and genuinely engaging. This position can be remotely based in San Diego, Chicago, or Pennsylvania! How You Will Contribute: - Design, execute, and track email campaigns targeting broker and agency partners; develop content for product spotlights, renewal communications, and market updates. - Manage broker segmentation across individual sales rep and broad distribution list channels; build a feedback loop with sales and underwriting to refine messaging and measure engagement. - Produce and maintain a library of broker-facing assets: quarterly communications, collateral (i.e., monthly Wins of the Month and sell-sheets), partner presentations, claims and loss insights, and process guides. - Support the development of go-to-market content for new product launches, brand updates, and partnership engagement campaigns by translating complex program details into clear, compelling materials. - Audit, clean, and maintain partner and contact records in our CRM, ensuring accuracy of agency/broker data, contact information, and segmentation tags. - Develop and document partner segmentation rules to ensure the right content reaches the right distribution partners. - Identify gaps in partner data and build processes to keep records current. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in marketing, content, or communications; writing samples required. - Experience with marketing project management platforms (i.e., Wrike), email marketing platforms, and CRM tools; Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite proficiency. - Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy and B2B social media management. - Ability to read marketing performance data and draw actionable conclusions. - Background in commercial insurance, financial services, B2B professional services, or a similarly complex industry, but it is not a prerequisite. - Experience building insurance broker or agent-facing sales enablement content. Requirements - Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 Annual - The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
