Where are users dropping out of the flow?). • Manage crises and prioritization: Handle real incidents, such as the sudden unavailability of a partner insurer's service, quickly deciding contingencies to avoid impacting brokers' or customers' operations.
Product Manager – Hospitality Tech
BnBerryEasy-to-use solutions to help increase your hotel’s revenues, bookings and guest satisfaction
• Bnberry is transforming the $87 billion travel tech industry by changing how hotels and resorts connect with guests worldwide. We're seeking an ambitious Product Manager to shape the future of this space and lead impactful product launches. • This is a 0–1 product discovery role. You'll spend most of your time figuring out what to build through rapid experimentation, not executing a known roadmap. You'll discover what hoteliers actually trust AI to handle, where the technology works and where it fails, and how to build autonomous systems that earn trust in high-stakes situations. There's no playbook. No competitors to copy. If you want structured roadmaps, this isn't it. If you want to discover and define what autonomous AI means in a real industry, keep reading.

Product Manager – Specialist II, RGM and Demand Products
Grupo BoticárioCriamos oportunidades para a beleza transformar a vida das pessoas, e assim transformar o mundo ao nosso redor.
• As a Product Manager Specialist II, you will be the primary owner responsible for managing and integrating the RGM and Demand ecosystem. The unified platform integrates areas such as Portfolio Management, Campaign Management, etc., bringing together Sell-in and Sell-out operations. You will play a central role during a critical transition phase, balancing maintenance of a legacy system with the construction of a new data- and AI-driven architecture. • Integration of Complex Ecosystems: Lead the development of a unified platform, with deep understanding of the interdependencies among multiple modules (Planning, Campaigns, Pricing, Simulators) and ensure that technical development directly reflects business value; • Resilience and Stakeholder Management: Act as the point of connection and trust between Technology and Business areas. You will need to manage expectations regarding accumulated technical debt, restore alignment with planners, and manage executive requirements, negotiating priorities between supporting the current model (As-Is) and developing the future solution (To-Be); • Delivery Management and Value Focus: Break large, complex projects into incremental value deliveries (MVPs). You will define the functional scope of each phase (e.g., centralized data view, automatic recalculation) and be responsible for excluding non-priority features based on return on investment (ROI) and adoption metrics; • Change Management: Lead user transition by designing highly usable solutions to eliminate dependence on parallel spreadsheets, ensuring the new platform is adopted organically in partnership with stakeholders; • Data and AI Orientation: Leverage GenAI for automation and ensure transparency (explainability) of predictive models, aiming to increase planners' confidence, reduce bias from manual interventions, and continuously improve error indicators; • Mentorship and Raising Standards: Serve as a senior reference within the team, sharing best practices for continuous discovery, methodologies for breaking down deliveries, and strategic documentation applied to RGM and Planning.
