Role Description We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Insurance Verification and Authorization Specialist to support our client's healthcare practice. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience handling insurance verifications, prior authorizations, and peer-to-peer review coordination in a U.S. medical setting. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this role. - Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits prior to appointments - Process and follow up on prior authorization requests - Call insurance companies directly to coordinate peer-to-peer reviews - Schedule patient appointments as needed - Manage fax communications using RingCentral - Communicate with the internal team via Microsoft Teams and DialPad - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in DrChrono EMR Qualifications - Bilingual in English and Spanish -- fluent written and verbal communication required (non-negotiable) - Strong experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations in a U.S. healthcare setting - Experience calling insurance companies and coordinating peer-to-peer reviews - Experience scheduling patient appointments - Proficiency with DrChrono EMR required - Proficiency with Microsoft Teams required - Experience with DialPad for phone and text communication preferred - Experience with RingCentral for fax management preferred Requirements - Available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Benefits - Pay: $5 or $6 USD per hour depending on experience - Full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) - Schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
