Role Description Buscamos un Diseñador Gráfico Multimedia con Motion Graphics para apoyar la producción y adaptación de campañas visuales para distintos canales y formatos. - Desarrollar adaptaciones para redes sociales, materiales de retail, pantallas digitales, MUPIs, piezas impresas y motion graphics, manteniendo la coherencia visual de cada campaña. - Colaborar estrechamente con Project Managers y otros diseñadores para ejecutar proyectos de manera eficiente, organizada y dentro de los tiempos establecidos. - Ideal para alguien con experiencia en agencias creativas que disfrute trabajar en entornos dinámicos, gestionando múltiples proyectos y combinando creatividad con precisión técnica. Qualifications - 2–4 años de experiencia en diseño gráfico, multimedia o producción creativa. - Experiencia previa trabajando en agencias creativas, publicidad o entornos similares de ritmo acelerado. - Dominio avanzado de Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator y After Effects. - Experiencia desarrollando piezas para medios digitales y materiales impresos. - Conocimiento de preparación de artes finales para impresión. - Experiencia utilizando herramientas de inteligencia artificial como parte del flujo de trabajo creativo. - Capacidad para interpretar briefs y trabajar a partir de lineamientos visuales establecidos. - Excelente organización, atención al detalle y gestión del tiempo. - Mentalidad colaborativa y disposición para recibir feedback. Requirements - Adaptar campañas visuales a distintos formatos digitales, impresos y de retail. - Diseñar piezas para redes sociales, pantallas digitales, materiales de punto de venta y otros canales de comunicación. - Crear y editar animaciones sencillas y contenido motion utilizando After Effects. - Preparar archivos finales para impresión y producción cuando sea necesario. - Gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente cumpliendo plazos y estándares de calidad. - Colaborar con Project Managers y otros miembros del equipo creativo durante la ejecución de campañas. - Mantener una estructura organizada de archivos y recursos siguiendo los procesos internos. - Utilizar herramientas de inteligencia artificial como apoyo dentro del flujo de trabajo creativo.
