• Initiate workflows based on incoming sales orders and manage project timelines from contract win to installation completion. • Assign vetted vendors and partners based on availability, skills, and location. • Generate detailed work orders that trigger inventory shipments to installation sites. • Serve as the first point of escalation for technical issues during installation. • Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials. • Track progress against project milestones, resolve scheduling conflicts, and escalate issues to the Associate Director, Enablement when necessary. • Ensure adherence to established processes for scheduling, documentation, and reporting to maintain operational integrity.
