• Lead and deliver Continuing Airworthiness consulting, training and managed service projects to agreed quality, commercial and customer satisfaction targets • Provide technical expertise across EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145 and associated Continuing Airworthiness regulatory frameworks • Develop practical and strategic solutions that improve safety, compliance, reliability, efficiency and operational performance within CAMO and AMO environments • Conduct organisational assessments, audits, gap analyses and performance improvement activities using Baines Simmons methodologies and SMARRT MAP™ principles • Support clients in developing effective Maintenance Programmes, Reliability Programmes, Integrated Management Systems and competence frameworks • Mentor and support Consultants through coaching, competence development and technical sign-off activities • Deliver engaging classroom, virtual and facilitated workshop training for technical, supervisory and senior management audiences • Contribute to thought leadership activities including conference presentations, white papers, technical articles and industry working groups

• Execute installations within scheduled access windows coordinated by the operations team, using proper lockout/tagout procedures to stop the elevator safely, ensuring all work is completed on time and elevator service is fully restored upon completion • Install digital screens inside elevator cabs and lobbies using mounting methods that are fully non-invasive — the only interface with the elevator is a single power connection; no modifications to mechanical, electrical control, or safety systems of any kind • Ensure all installations comply with ASME A17.1 cab interior requirements and NYC DOB standards, with zero impact on elevator certification or inspection status • Assess each elevator cab prior to installation to confirm that screen placement, cable management, and mounting hardware meet code requirements and will not trigger re-inspection obligations • Route and manage power connections cleanly and professionally, maintaining full separation from elevator control and operational wiring • Work with building staff to coordinate access as needed; familiarity with building protocols and elevator maintenance vendors is a plus • Troubleshoot screen hardware, power connections, and content delivery systems post-installation • Maintain detailed installation records for each property, including photos, cab dimensions, mounting specifications, and completion documentation

• Support environmental consulting and permitting work for clean energy and infrastructure projects • Advise on environmental tasks, schedules, budgets, staffing needs, subcontractors, and deliverables under the direction of senior project managers or program leads • Prepare, review, and support technical reports, biological assessments, habitat assessments, environmental constraints reviews, permit applications, agency submittals, and related environmental documentation • Support environmental permitting strategy and documentation related to federal, state, and local requirements, including the Endangered Species Act, Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act, Migratory Bird Treaty Act, Clean Water Act, NEPA, state-listed species requirements, and other applicable environmental regulations • Support biological and natural resources assessments, which may include avian, eagle, bat, listed species, habitat, wetland/waters, and other project-specific evaluations • Support site visits or occasionally when needed, such as in-person client meetings, biological surveys, habitat assessments, site reconnaissance, wetland/waters field support, construction/compliance monitoring, or other project-specific field tasks • Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, landowners, and internal technical teams to support practical and defensible project outcomes • Support proposal development, scopes of work, cost estimates, and project planning for new and existing clients • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff through field planning, report review, QA/QC, and practical project delivery support • Maintain strong health, safety, and environmental performance during fieldwork and project delivery

What will your essential responsibilities include? - Utilizing internal and external information, tools, and resources to evaluate account risk quality and communicate this evaluation to underwriting team members clearly and concisely. - Managing the scope and scale of loss prevention services delivered to a portfolio of bundled and unbundled clients, based on client expectations, underwriting requirements, and service cost constraints. - Working directly with clients to improve their property risk profile. - Supporting the sales and marketing effort of the group by promoting our brand and service capabilities to prospective clients and brokers - maintaining industry relationships. - Enhancing the environment at AXA XL by participating actively in process improvements and special projects. - Lending your expertise and experience to continually expand the knowledge and development efforts of other team members. Qualifications - Fire protection risk engineering experience - Industry experience in a field property loss prevention or Account Consultant position. - Excellent knowledge of NFPA codes and FM data sheets. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Broad understanding of key underwriting decision points. - Proficient customer relationship and negotiation skills. - Proficient presentation skills, including written and verbal. - Ability to summarize large amounts of information and deliver against deadlines. - Understanding of the property insurance renewal process. - Familiarity with RMS modeling and its construction characteristics. - Knowledge of functionality of IT systems. - Skilled in time management and work techniques. - B.S. in Engineering (or equivalent) required. - Professional designations including Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and/or Professional Engineer (PE) in Fire Protection preferred.
