Senior EPIC Interfaces Application Analyst

Role Description We are seeking an Epic Integration/Interface Analyst with strong expertise in Epic Bridges, interface technologies, and APIs. This role is responsible for the design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of integrations across the enterprise. The analyst will partner with operational stakeholders and technical teams to gather and translate requirements, onboard and govern vendor applications, configure and support HL7 and FHIR-based integrations, and deliver scalable solutions that support clinical and business workflows. - Troubleshooting and root cause analysis - Leading functional, integration, and regression testing - Supporting go-lives and upgrades - Maintaining integration documentation and standards - Coordinating closely with Epic, EDI, vendors, and project teams to ensure reliable, secure, and stable integrations Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) - 3–7+ years of experience in healthcare IT integration (level dependent) - Hands-on experience with Epic Bridges and HL7 messaging via Integration Engines (Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, Mirth, etc.) - Strong problem-solving and communication skills Requirements - Epic Bridges certification (preferred) - Integration Engine certification (preferred) - Experience with FHIR APIs and modern interoperability standards (preferred) - 7 years of experience in a health care related field required - 5 years of experience supporting one or more Epic modules preferred - Large scale health care systems planning and implementation experience on application software products preferred Benefits - 100% paid medical premiums for our full-time employees - Generous time off (holidays, preventative leave day, both vacation and sick time – all of which equates to around 37-38 days per year) - The longer you stay, the more vacation you’ll accrue! - Longevity Pay (Monthly payments after two years of service) - Build your future with our awesome retirement/pension plan! - Free financial and legal counseling - Free mental health counseling services - Gym membership discounts and access to wellness programs - Other employee discounts including entertainment, car rentals, cell phones, etc. - Resources for child and elder care - Plus many more!

Your focus will be on maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, analyzing data, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll contribute to budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvements, supporting our financial health and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting, along with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively across the organization.
