UI/UX Designer – Mobile Platform
Creatio
• Design and improve user experiences across Creatio mobile applications, ensuring usability, consistency, and high-quality interactions. • Shape the UX and UI of the platform capabilities for building, configuring, and customizing mobile applications. • Design experiences that enable users to create applications through no-code tools and AI-powered coding agents. • Define end-to-end user journeys, information architecture, workflows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. • Deliver high-fidelity, pixel-perfect UI designs for mobile-first and cross-platform experiences. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Stakeholders, and other Designers to translate product vision into intuitive user experiences. • Drive continuous UX improvements based on user feedback, product goals, and emerging AI-assisted development patterns. • Contribute to and evolve the Creatio Design System to ensure scalability and consistency across mobile and platform experiences. • Prepare design specifications, support implementation, and conduct design QA to ensure high-quality delivery. • Create supporting visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and other interface elements when needed.
Job Requirements
- Strong UX/UI design expertise, including user flows, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping (Figma).
- Experience designing complex enterprise products and configuration-driven interfaces.
- Solid understanding of design systems, component-based design, typography, grids, and accessibility principles.
- Ability to conduct UX research, heuristic evaluations, and translate feedback into iterative improvements.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Systems thinking with the ability to create scalable, reusable, and well-documented design solutions.
- Knowledge of AI-driven UX principles, user guidance, transparency, and control mechanisms.
- Excellent prioritization, time management, and ownership mindset.
- Close attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design specifications and assets.
