Job Description

Clinical Pharmacist (Remote)

Evio

Evio Overview Evio is a highly unique pharmacy solutions company that was founded by and works closely with health plans to implement transformative (to cost, quality, access and experience) initiatives primarily focused on specialty and other high-cost medication solutions. In 2020, a group of five amazing Blue Cross Blue Shield health plans that in total serve more than 20 million members recognized that the way medications get to patients needs significant reform—rapidly rising costs and massive system complexities are detrimental to patients and the entire industry. In 2025, Wellmark joined as Evio's first non-founding investor and sixth owner health plan. Each company made, and continues to make, significant investments to establish Evio as an independent entity to lead this transformation. Evio has advanced analytics and contracting capabilities at scale , and a suite of digital tools , to power our high-cost medication solutions. Our solutions act as a self-reinforcing “ flywheel ” where each element strengthens and feeds into the next, and support an “Only Evio can do that,” mindset and prioritization. Evio is also a company that has invested heavily in and been highly intentional about people, team and culture. We believe we have created a very special place to work and encourage candidates to observe and ask us about our culture and decide for themselves. Evio's Values Empathy – The people our business serves always come first. We care for our teammates and put ourselves in the shoes of our health plan customers and the patients and clinicians our solutions benefit. Diversity – We are committed to fostering a culture where everyone belongs and is valued for their background, experience and insights – one that encourages diversity of ideas, and is a nurturing, trusting, and accepting place for all. Adventure – We are flexible, thrive in ambiguity, fail fast, and pivot quickly to get to a better answer. We celebrate wins and pivots with equal intensity. Relentless – Guided by evidence and data, we are creative, curious, and unwavering in our pursuit of challenging the status quo and each other. Transparency – Just as we seek to bring transparency to the pharmacy supply chain, authenticity and integrity are core to the way we communicate. Excellence – We strive to raise the bar in all we do by hiring and developing exceptional talent and holding ourselves and our thinking to the highest standard. About Orita Orita builds AI customer segments for many of the best brands in the world including (deep breath) Spanx, ThirdLove, True Classic, Tracksmith, Harney & Sons, Sun Bum, Ministry of Supply, Thursday Boots, gorjana, and hundreds more. Orita’s algorithms help brands understand who wants to hear from them, when, and through what channel (email, SMS, direct mail today, more coming soon …). By messaging prospects and customers when they’re actually listening, you’re able to make a bunch of money. In a world where acquisition costs are skyrocketing, fixing retention and driving LTV is the key to profitable growth. For marketers or business owners passionate about their customers and messaging, it can be tough to let go and trust something as personal as their customer list to a bunch of algorithms and machines. Luckily at Orita, it’s our goal to make sure our customers know we have their backs, and go above and beyond to earn their trust. All of our customers trust Klaviyo as their ESP and more. Like, really, a lot more: CDP, GenAI creative partner, Customer Hub, etc. Basically, Klaviyo is awesome. That’s where you come in. You LOVE the Klaviyo ecosystem. You’re passionate about what they’re building, and you want to help all of their customers thrive. Orita already partners with over 80 agencies that support Klaviyo brands, and now we’re looking to deepen relationships with Klaviyo CSMs, PSMs and CGs; work closely with the Klaviyo product org; and help translate customer asks so that 1+1=3 (or ideally 30 or 300) Your forte is building relationships and fostering trust. You love being proactive and putting customers first. You’re the type of person who remembers everyone’s name at a dinner party as soon as you meet them. You move fast, carefully, and own your work. And you’re exceptional at understanding how to help brands win, and how agencies, leveraging the right technology, can accelerate that. Our job is to build world-class segments. Combining that with Klaviyo’s platform means that we can delight the end consumer, and in turn WOW our brands. As our Strategic Partner Manager, focused on Klaviyo, you will: Spend as much time with Klaviyos as with Oritans. Don’t worry, they’re awesome. Help translate brand, agency and Klaviyo needs to the Orita team, so that we can build products that make Brands and Agencies more successful. Help educate Klaviyos on the Orita product suite, and how 1+1=3 Build the playbook for our other dedicated platform partnerships as Orita continues to scale across partners and channels (SMS, Direct Mail, etc.) Own a pipeline number. At any given point the priority is to educate and learn, but once we have proven considerable value, earning warm introductions to brands is the lifeblood of our business. Work closely with our Agency Partner team, CS, Product and more to level up our enablement materials Enable Klaviyo CSMs to be super-users of Orita, so that they know how to increase their customer ROI and Love when they leverage Orita. Ditto with Klaviyo PSMs Become a product expert, and work closely with our product teams to create feedback loops that impact product roadmap Actively participate in the inevitable iterations, re-dos, collateral updates, and experiments surrounding how we serve Klaviyo, our agencies and customers, whatever it may be (we’re a startup, our goals will change, get excited). Iterate, iterate, iterate! Tl;dr, you’re WOW’ing Klaviyos and our shared customers, making Orita part of their “default tech stack” About You Please apply even if you don’t meet every requirement!
